The Junior League of New Orleans (JLNO) is thrilled to present a unique family experience on Friday, November 11 and Saturday, November 12, 2022. The 11th Annual Touch A Truck will provide children the opportunity to interact with the wide variety of businesses and vehicles that protect, serve, and build South Louisiana.Your participation in Touch a Truck will help children connect these vehicles to possible careers in construction, manufacturing, emergency response, and many others. JLNO maximizes all it receives by being one of the area’s most steadfast volunteer organizations. In our 99th year, our 2,100 members remain dedicated to understanding the community’s needs, envisioning ways to better lives, and bringing forth lasting change. Our experiential training creates effective volunteers and leaders. Because of JLNO, New Orleans has more women founding organizations and starting businesses, more trained leaders serving on boards, more volunteers giving their time and effort, and more donors valuing these causes through their financial support.
